Sølve Depui Aksnes

Sølve joined the Real Estate department in 2026, where he works on real estate transactions and property development matters. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo and was awarded Schjødt’s scholarship for his master’s thesis on expropriation law and businesses’ right to reacquisition compensation («gjenervervserstatning»). 

Prior to joining Schjødt, Sølve gained experience through trainee positions at several top-tier law firms, including Schjødt. He also worked as a research assistant at the University of Oslo as part of a research project on expropriation, planning and concessions. In 2026, Sølve was part of Club Schjødt’s winning team representing Norway in the Nordic Moot Court Competition on Human Rights.
