Tobias Hultin

Tobias works in Schjødt's M&A department. He specialises in company law and private M&A. Tobias has wide experience in Swedish and cross-border transactions (including cross-border mergers) and general corporate advisory. He is also experienced in domestic and cross-border group restructurings. 

Tobias joined the firm in 2024.
