Trygve Karlstad

Trygve works in Schjødt’s IT & Tech department. He specializes in issues related to data protection, cybersecurity and compliance with regulatory frameworks, particularly the NIS2 Directive. 

Trygve joined Schjødt in 2024 after completing his Master of Laws degree at the University of Bergen. As part of his final year of studies, he completed an exchange program at King's College London, where he obtained an LL.M specializing in intellectual property and information law. His master's thesis explored the scope of supply chain audits under NIS2, a topic that earned him a scholarship at Schjødt. During his studies, Trygve gained legal experience through various internships, both in-house and at several law firms.
