Vendela Nilert

Vendela is part of Schjødt's Capital Markets department. She specialises in capital markets transactions, public M&A and general corporate advisory. Vendela joined Schjødt in 2021. Previously she practiced as a lawyer at Bird & Bird in Stockholm working primarily with capital markets. Vendela is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Uppsala University.
