Anders Wold

Anders is specialised in construction law, focusing on construction projects, contract law and real estate. He advises municipalities, public housing associations, professional clients, contractors and consultants on all aspects of construction projects. This includes matters regarding construction contracts, design-build contracts, consultancy contracts, collaborative models and contracts, and AB 18/ABT 18/ABR 18, as well as dispute resolution and issues related to contractor insolvency and restructuring. 

Before joining Schjødt, Anders worked at a niche law firm specialising in construction law since his graduation from the University of Copenhagen’s Faculty of Law. He is currently pursuing a graduate diploma (HD2) in management and organisation at Copenhagen Business School.
