Ann-Britt Rognes
Senior Lawyer
Ann-Britt specializes in typical business law disciplines such as company law, contract law and real estate law. She has broad experience in contract law, including trade, real estate and cooperation contracts in the dental sector. She advises both Norwegian and international companies, in a wide range of sectors.
Furthermore, Ann-Britt has experience with consumer purchasing issues and employment law. She assists clients in negotiations, with all kinds of contracts, disputes (up till litigation) and general advice on business matters, hereunder startups and how to organize and run businesses.
Ann-Britt joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining Schjødt she worked as a lawyer in different law firms and associations, hereunder The Norwegian Dental Association and The Norwegian Automobile Association. She has also held board positions and held office in the Norwegian Bar Association. Ann-Britt has studied psychology for several years both in London and in Oslo.
