Anne Galthen

Anne is a part of Schjødt's Real Estate Transactions team. She focuses on asset management, M&A real estate and dispute resolutions before tribunals, courts and the Danish Institute of Arbitration. She is a specialist in business lease law, residential lease law and social dwellings. 

Anne advises domestic and international clients on conveyance and development of residential and business properties and has extensive experience of negotiating and drafting lease agreements. She has also been an external lecturer in the subject "Business Lease Law" at the industry association Ejendom Danmark and at the industry association BL - Danmarks Almene Boliger in the subject "Public Housing".
