Christian Bjørn-Hansen

Christian has vast experience within all matters related to commercial real estate. His focus is primarily related to real estate transactions, structuring of real estate portfolios, development projects and real estate joint ventures, together with lease agreement negotiations. He regularly serves real estate investment funds, real estate developers, project finance companies, family offices as well as regular commercial real estate companies. Christian has further extensive experience in serving international clients on their real estate investments in Norway.

Christian joined Schjødt in 2022 and has for many years been ranked as a leading and recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
