Senior Lawyer
Elisabeth is the leader of Schjødt's litigation group. She represents clients for the courts in various disputes and specializes in employment law, contract law, and compliance. In addition to litigation for the courts, she regularly advises businesses on employment matters, compliance matters, human rights (such as the Transparency Act), and corporate investigations.
She has previously worked as a deputy judge and a judge in the District Court, where she administrated several complex cases in both civil and criminal law. During her time as a judge, she also worked as a court mediator.
She has also previously worked at the university as a scientific assistant within employment law and as a lawyer in a boutique employment law firm. Elisabeth is also an external examiner for the University of Tromsø and the University of Oslo.
