Elisabeth Krusegård Nielsen

Elisabeth advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, with a particular focus on public sector employment and the municipal labour market. She works with individual employment matters, including dismissal cases and discrimination cases for both private and public sector employers, and represents clients in the ordinary courts as well as in the industrial tribunal system. Elisabeth provides general employment law advice to national and international companies. Furthermore, she has experience in conducting legal investigations and inquiries for public authorities, private companies and organisations.

Elisabeth also has experience in advising on data protection matters.
