Emil is a partner in Schjødt's Transaction department. He specialises in equity capital markets, public M&A and general corporate advisory. Emil has extensive experience in Swedish and international transactions and advises issuers as well as investment banks, private equity sponsors and other market participants. He also regularly chairs general meetings in listed companies and advises on incentive schemes as well as market abuse regulation and other financial regulation applicable to listed companies.

Emil joined the firm in 2020 in connection with Schjødt's merger with the Swedish law firm Hamilton. Prior to that, he practiced as a lawyer with the law firms Roschier and Vinge. He holds an LL.M. and an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Stockholm University. Emil has also lectured on equity capital markets law at the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law.
