Erik Nese

Erik is part of Schjødt's M&A team. Prior to joining Schjødt in 2025, he completed traineeships at Schjødt and other law firms in Stavanger. 

Erik holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen, where he specialised in corporate and tax law. His master’s thesis explored the legal basis for restitutionary disgorgement in cases involving breaches of contractual non-compete clauses. In addition to his law degree, he holds a bachelor's degree in economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
