Filip Persson

Filip specialises in capital markets transactions, M&A and general corporate advisory. He has broad experience from work within these practice areas, including IPOs, private and public M&A transactions, rights issues, private placements, investments, restructurings, joint ventures, general meetings and incentive schemes. He joined Schjödt in 2025. 

Filip has previously worked several years at the law firm Gernandt & Danielsson and has gained in-house experience through secondments at SEB and Swedbank. Filip was also a law clerk at the Stockholm District Court 2018-2019.
