Henrik Grung

Henrik advises clients across a broad range of industries, including industrials, financial services and the business sector more generally, with a particular focus on cross-border and cross-regional matters in and out of the North-Western region of Norway. His experience spans both owner-related and corporate matters, and he regularly advises on strategic transactions, business development and commercial relationships in national and international contexts. He works closely with owners, companies, executive management and boards on matters at the intersection of regional industry and wider national and international markets. 

He leads Schjødt's Fisheries & Aquaculture practice and is also part of Schjødt's Mergers & Acquisitions group.
