Izabella Barisa

Izabella is a senior associate that specializes in capital markets transactions, public M&A and general corporate advisory. She has experience of a variety of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, ABBs and private placements and public M&A transactions as well as of various corporate governance related matters for listed companies, including in relation general meetings, compliance and incentive programs. 

Izabella joined Schjødt in 2024. Prior to joining Schjødt, Izabella was an associate at international law firm White & Case in Stockholm. 

Izabella is a graduate of the Department of Law at University of Gothenburg.
