Jesper Fahlgren
Senior Lawyer
Jesper Fahlgren specializes in public procurement and public contracts. He has extensive experience representing suppliers and contracting authorities in complex, high-value procurement matters and court proceedings. He advises on tenders, procurement documents and public contracts, including contract negotiations and public procurement aspects of corporate transactions. Jesper also regularly lectures on public procurement.
Jesper joined Schjødt in 2021 from another law firm and is based in Stockholm. He is a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English.
