Jesper Fahlgren

Jesper specializes in public procurement and public contracts. He has particular experience of representing suppliers and contracting authorities in review procedures in court, as well as advising on tender documentation, tender offers and public contracts.
Jesper joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Schjødt, he practiced law for two and a half years at another law firm. In 2019, Jesper was awarded in the Swedish Competition Authority's annual essay competition for his thesis on the scope for corrections of errors and clarifications in tenders pursuant to the Swedish Public Procurement Act.
Jesper is based in Stockholm. He is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.
