Jørgen Nordsveen Hustad

Jørgen is an employment lawyer who combines high professional competence with commercial insight and leadership capabilities. He has extensive experience across a broad range of employment matters, including whistleblowing investigations, exists involving employee shareholders, post-termination restrictive covenant disputes, workforce reductions, transfer of undertakings, complex working-time matters and immigration. Jørgen is known for translating complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice. He handles both contentious and non-contentious matters with equal confidence, and is valued by clients for his responsiveness and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. 

Jørgen graduated with a Master's degree from the University of Bergen in 2019, specialising in employment law, and has been practicing as a lawyer since 2021. He is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer within employment in Legal 500. During his studies, he gained early practical experience through traineeships at a number of law firms. In addition, he won the European Law Students' Association moot court competition at the University of Bergen in 2018.
