Kamilla Gade
Senior Associate

Kamilla works in the litigation and arbitration group within a variety of private law fields. During her time in Schjødt, she has worked broadly with everything from penal cases to human rights and company law. Kamilla has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen and received the Schjødt scholarship in the fall of 2018 for writing her thesis on the overlap of tort and contract in Norwegian law.
During her studies, Kamilla worked as a seminar leader and research assistant at the University of Bergen, where she amongst other tasks assisted authors in their writing of legal literature. As well as holding several internships in different law firms, Kamilla has worked as an editor for the Norwegian level 1 law journal Jussens Venner In 2017/2018. Kamilla is currently an examiner at the University of Bergen and is on leave in 2023 to hold a position as a deputy judge in Telemark District Court.
