Lene Kristin Hennø

Lene is a senior lawyer with focus on banking and finance. Her principal areas of work are acquisition financing and asset financing in various sectors such as seafood, fisheries, shipping, oil and gas and wind. She frequently advises banks and other financial institutions, private equity and venture capital funds, domestically and abroad, as well as large, multinational companies.

Lene has been a lawyer since 2013 and joined Schjødt in 2021 from DNB Bank ASA as inhouse counsel.
She is a graduate of Nottingham Law School and has also a degree in business from Handelshøyskolen BI Bergen.
