Maja Helene Christiansen Steien

Maja is currently on leave of absence.

Maja is part of the capital markets group and specialises in capital markets transactions, securities law and M&A. Maja also regularly advice on financial regulatory matters, corporate law matters and contract law matters. Maja joined the firm in 2020. She has previously worked at the law firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. Maja also has a Postgraduate Diploma International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London. Maja also has a BA in Media Design from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Gjøvik (previously Gjøvik University College). Additionally, Maja has a one-year programme in French from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
