Maria specialises in tax structuring and tax matters relating to private equity, M&A and capital markets. She particularly has experience with tax due diligence processes, real estate transactions, incentives and tax litigations.
Maria joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, she worked as a legal coordinator on a Nordic digital bank for savings and investments during her studies. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Uppsala.
