Senior Lawyer
Marie specialises in employment and pension law. She assists clients with a wide range of questions, such as employee involvement and information and consultation obligations, questions related to applicable pension schemes and harmonization of these, collective bargaining agreements, working time, bonus and incentive schemes and contractual pension schemes ("AFP"). Marie is regularly involved in processes related to transfer of undertakings, harmonization of employment terms and conditions, reorganizations, redundancies and termination of employments. She also has experience with questions regarding ownership to and transfer of intellectual property rights related to employment. Marie also handles employment related disputes and litigation, both in the district court and appeal court.
Marie joined the firm in 2017. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. During her studies, Marie was an intern in Borgarting Court of Appeals. She received a scholarship from Schjødt and from the Norwegian Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (NIR) for her master thesis, where the theme was patent infringement.
