Milad Safi

Milad advises on all aspects of employment and labour law, representing private and public sector employers. His experience covers litigation, day-to-day advice and drafting of employment-related documents and policies. Further, Milad is experienced in establishing whistleblower schemes and handling whistleblower cases.

He also advises on collective bargaining issues, restructurings and terminations, and has experience with the employment law aspects of M&A transactions.

Milad has almost five years of prior experience from a law firm specialised in labour law.
