Ming Wai Duong

Ming is a part of Schjødt's Transactions department. His principal areas of work are Real Estate M&A and corporate M&A, and he is also well-versed in advising on capital market and financing related matters. He has comprehensive experience in advising leading corporates, private equity houses and other financial investors on large and complex domestic and cross-border real estate and corporate M&A transactions; the latter across various sectors. Ming has been project manager of numerus due diligence, transaction document and W&I workstreams. 

Ming joined Schjødt in 2023. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law from the University of Copenhagen.
