Odd Erik's principal areas of work are in corporate law, private M&A, private equity and venture transactions, investments, joint ventures and commercial contracts. He frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics, either representing Private Equity or Venture Capital funds, local or international industrial players or foreign law firms seeking assistance in Norway. He has broad experience from legal matters within the trade and industry segment, including franchise, retail and wholesale businesses.

Odd Erik has been a lawyer since 1996 and joined Schjødt in 2016. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo.

Odd Erik is based in our Oslo office.
