Olav Kristoffer Eidsaa

Olav specialises in tax law. He has experience with advising and representing local and international companies with strategic tax planning, cross-border issues, transaction structures, changes to corporate structures, and incentive schemes. He also has experience in handling inbound and outbound tax issues, such as exit tax rules, tax treaty regulations, withholding tax issues, and cross-border structures.

Olav also specializes in mergers & acquisitions and has experience with advising local and international companies with private and public M&A. He also has experience with private equity.

Olav has been a lawyer since 2019 and joined the firm in 2021. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. Olav also has a Postgraduate Diploma in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London.
