Ole Johannes Thue Jerving

Ole Johannes specializes in capital markets transactions and securities law. He particularly has experience with initial public offerings, up-listings, capital raises and providing advice for listed companies. During his time with the firm, he has assisted with a significant number of IPOs and equity transactions in the Norwegian market.

Ole Johannes joined the firm in 2020. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen, where he obtained his Master of Laws. Ole Johannes also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the UQ Law School of the University of Queensland.
