Olof is a partner in Schjodt´s Dispute Resolution practice. He has comprehensive experience as counsel in general courts, administrative courts and international arbitration proceedings. He is regularly acting as an arbitrator. Olof is especially experienced in commercial disputes relating to professional liability for auditors, directors and advisors, shareholder disputes, management of assets, financial instruments, supply agreements, M&A transactions, contracts and white collar crimes.
