Sebastian Voith

Sebastian is part of Schjødt’s M&A team. 

Prior to joining Schjødt in 2026, he worked as an AML Officer at one of Norway’s largest financial institutions and previously held a managing director position within the restaurant industry. 

During his studies, Sebastian completed both a traineeship and his master thesis placement at Schjødt. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Stavanger, where he specialised in corporate law and employment law. His master thesis examined the role of creditor interests within the concept of corporate interest under Norwegian company law.
