Sofia Studencki

Sofia specializes in intellectual property, data protection, consumer- and marketing law. She has previous experience of handling complex commercial contracts, licensing arrangements and large-scale GDPR projects. 

Sofia joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining Schjødt, she practiced law for five years as a consultant at another law firm, as well as an in-house counsel within the media industry. She is a graduate of Stockholm University and she did exchange semesters at Peking University of Transnational Law in China and the University of Western Australia.
