Søren Skjerbek

Søren has extensive experience in advising public and private-sector employers alike on a wide range of areas within labour and employment law but has particular focus on industrial relations, employment law as it relates to public authorities and privatised companies, public service law and administrative law, whistleblowing and investigation processes, data protection and discrimination.

He often advises employers on data protection rules in relation to employees as well as internal and external communication in high-profile dismissal cases. Søren is a highly experienced litigator and handles cases and complaints in the ordinary courts (including the Supreme Court), industrial tribunal system, supervisory authorities and complaints boards.
