Trond has considerable experience in VAT and Indirect taxes. He is a highly experienced advocate who has a strong advisory practice regarding complex VAT related matters. Trond has a particular focus on the real estate and financial sectors. His practice involves planning/structuring, indirect tax due diligence as well as representation of clients in matters involving the tax and customs authorities, appeals and cases before the courts.

Trond joined Schjødt in 2000. Before joining Schjødt, he spent 5 years as a lawyer in KPMG Law and 5 years in the Norwegian Tax Administration, i.a. the Directorate of Taxes. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. He is ranked as other key practitioners in Legal 500.
