Vegard Myren

Vegard holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, where he specialised in tax law. His master's thesis examined the taxation of hybrid investment products, with a particular focus on SLIP (Startup's Lead Investment Paper) agreements. In addition to his law degree, Vegard holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). 

Before joining Schjødt, Vegard worked at another Norwegian law firm, where he specialised in corporate tax law, advising clients on a broad range of tax matters.
