Vibeke is an asset management specialist, and holds wide experience with establishment and structuring of all types of investment funds and structures in Norway and abroad (Ireland, Luxembourg etc.). Vibeke is considered to be one of the leading regulatory experts in the Norwegian asset management industry and continuously advise asset managers on all parts of their operations. Vibeke also has considerable experience with regulatory matters for investment firms. Vibeke has managed complex projects including projects with cross border elements and several legal teams. Vibeke has served on the boards of several asset managers.
