Yvonne advises on all aspects of labour and employment law with a special focus on discrimination law, industrial relations, restrictive covenants and health and safety at work. Other areas of special expertise include bonus and incentives as well as collective bargaining.
She is a highly experienced advisor of multinational clients on complex cross-border employment matters and is ranked in several international publications. Yvonne is a highly experienced litigator, both before the Danish courts (including the Supreme Court), the European Court of Justice and arbitration courts.
Further, Yvonne is co-chair in the Diversity and Equality Law Committee of the IBA and former Vice-Chair of the Danish Employment Lawyers Association.
