Andrea Cecilie Rakvaag

Andrea specializes in employment law. She has particular experience in advising local and international companies in contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including general day-to-day advice as well as employment law in transactions and workforce reductions.

Andrea has worked in Schjødt since 2017, apart from a 20 months period where she worked as a deputy judge in the District Court. During her time as a deputy judge, Andrea administrated several cases in both civil and criminal law. She also worked as a court mediator.

Prior to joining Schjødt, Andrea worked as a caseworker at Jusshjelpa i Nord-Norge. She also was an intern at the Brønnøysund Register Centre as well as with another law firm.
