Babar is a partner specialising in commercial contracting across domestic and international markets. He advises both Danish and international companies on complex contractual matters central to their operations, growth and transaction strategies.
He advises on and leads the structuring and negotiation of commercial frameworks across the entire value chain, including international distribution and agency models, manufacturing and sourcing arrangements, supply chain governance, franchising and licensing agreements, as well as IT and digital transformation projects.
With experience from both private practice and in-house roles, Babar brings a strong commercial perspective to his clients.
Babar has advised on significant domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, leading commercial due diligence processes, assessing contractual exposure and advising on post-closing integration. He regularly advises on transaction-related delivery and transitional service arrangements, as well as related commercial and governance matters.
