Camilla Kristiansen Lunne

Camilla is a part of our Real Estate Department. She joined the firm in 2004, and specializes in commercial real estate and property law.

Camilla has broad experience in advising central real estate players in connection with development projects, transactions and lease contracts. She holds significant experience in complex real estate transactions, such as portfolio deals, forward structures and transactions involving ongoing or future development projects.

Camilla also specializes in the organization of real estate including partitioning, sectioning, property exchanges, land registration and stamp duty considerations. She was a part of the Expert Group appointed by the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development to improve the regulation by law on larger development projects.
