Cecilie's principal areas of work are within tax and company law. Cecilie heads the Law Society's Tax Law Committee. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies and individuals in tax questions, transactions, estate planning and restructurings. Her experience includes domestic and international corporate engineering of transaction and financing structures, as well as employee benefits and assistance in individuals' investments and estate planning. Cecilie frequently assist clients with appeals and in legal proceedings against the tax authorities.
Cecilie has been a lawyer since 1991 and joined Schjødt in 2000. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. She is ranked as leading and recommended individual in international rankings.
