Elsa Brandt Stensrud
Senior Lawyer
Elsa specialises in EU and competition law. She has experience in advising local and international companies in EU/EEA law related matters, including competition law, public procurement, and state aid. Elsa also advises clients within these areas of law in proceedings before the Norwegian courts, the Norwegian Competition Authority, and the European Commission.
Elsa joined the firm in 2019. She is a graduate from the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo, with a semester abroad at Penn State University in the U.S. Elsa received the Schjødt scholarship while writing her master thesis "Joint Tendering as a Restriction of Competition by Object under the Norwegian Competition Act § 10". During her studies Elsa had internships at Schjødt law firm and Hjort law firm and participated in the Nordic Moot Court Competition in Human Rights in 2018.
