Fredrik Øie Brekke

Fredrik specializes in employment and pension law. He works with all aspects of employment and pension law, including reorganizations, transfer of undertakings, employee involvement and consultations, immigration processes, remote working schemes, control measures and employment related disputes and litigation. Fredrik does also have a particular interest in questions relating to working time, including working-hour arrangements, on-call schemes and adaption of the work time. 

Fredrik has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo, where he wrote his thesis in employment law, and joined Schjødt after graduating in 2019. While studying, Fredrik worked at The Norwegian Cancer Society’s legal department.
