Fredrik specializes in employment and pension law. He works with all aspects of employment and pension law, including reorganizations, transfer of undertakings, employee involvement and consultations, immigration processes, remote working schemes, control measures and employment disputes. From 2020, Fredrik has also had a particular interest in COVID-19 and Brexit related cases, with an emphasis on employment and immigration questions. Fredrik also handles employment related disputes and litigation.
Fredrik has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo, where he wrote his thesis in employment law, and joined Schjødt after graduating in 2019. While studying, Fredrik worked at The Norwegian Cancer Society’s legal department.
