Johanne Førde
Senior Lawyer
Johanne is head of the EU & Competition practice group in Schjødt's department for Trade & Industry. She specializes in EEA law, including the four freedoms of the internal market, public procurement, state aid, and data protection law.
Johanne joined the firm in 2018. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen and a LL.M. degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. At UC Hastings she took a LL.M. specialisation in Dispute Resolution and Legal Process, and as part of the specialisation she was a mediator in San Francisco Small Claims Court.
