Oscar Røseth Lindbäck

Oscar is part of Schjødt's department for Industry in Oslo. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen and specializes in EU and EEA employment and procurement law. He has experience with a wide range of issues related to public contracts, including rejection of tenders, modification of contracts during their term, and termination of contracts. Oscar has also provided counsel in several state aid cases and is familiar with EU and EEA state aid law.

Before joining Schjødt in 2022, Oscar worked as a consultant for an ed-tech startup company with particular emphasis on privacy law and public contracts.
