Per was admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court in 2002. His main fields of practice are contracts and property law, negotiations and litigation/arbitration.
Per is a leading specialist in the field of dispute resolution and he is co-head of our Dispute Resolution department, with extensive experience with disputes relating to company law, buy-outs and M&A, stock exchange and securities legislation, contracts, real estate, professional liability (including board member liability) and insurance as well as maritime law and offshore matters.
Per has been a lawyer since he completed his law degree in 1991. He has also studied abroad (Harvard Law School etc.) and spent one year as a judge.
Per has considerable international experience from working in numerous countries. He also has extensive experience as a board member, both in Norway and in other countries. Per is the author of numerous legal books and articles and a much sought-after speaker for both clients/companies and lawyers. He is a recommended lawyer in Chambers and Legal 500.
