Rikard Schuitema Olsen

Rikard is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate group at Schjødt, specializing in commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive experience with due diligence processes and has been involved in numerous high-value property deals.

Rikard also has experience in the data centre industry, having advised on several acquisitions and financings in major data centre transactions.

Rikard joined Schjødt in 2021. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Rikard completed traineeships at other law firms and was awarded the Norwegian Advisory Council on Bankruptcy's scholarship for his master’s thesis on restructuring law. During his studies, he worked at Jusshjelpa i Nord-Norge, a state-funded legal aid organization. Rikard holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tromsø.
