Sebastian Sundberg

Sebastian is specialised in financial regulation and has broad experience from the financial services industry. He has advised both Swedish and foreign financial undertakings and their owners in various financial regulatory issues, and has, in particular, experience from matters concerning investment firms, credit institutions, payment service providers, consumer credit institutions and fund management companies. Sebastian's recent experience includes advise in several M&A transactions (both public and private) and IPOs involving Swedish credit institutions and other financial undertakings, as well as advise in relation to various regulatory filings and applications to the SFSA.

Before joining Schjødt in 2021, Sebastian was head of the financial regulatory practice at Advokatfirman Cederquist. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Uppsala University. He is ranked as a leading and recommended individual in Chambers.
