Sven Eriksrud

Sven has considerable experience in consulting for large businesses, including assistance in connection with contract negotiations, contract drafting and dispute resolution. In addition to a law degree from the University of Oslo, he is master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, specialising in international contract law.
He has also worked for the Norwegian Ministry of Justice' Legislation Department and as a research assistant at the Department of Private Law at the University of Oslo. Eriksrud was admitted to the Supreme Court in 1997.
In addition to ongoing counselling, Sven has in recent years had an extensive litigation practice where he has litigated some of the largest and most comprehensive cases in Norway ever.
Sven is the author of a number of articles related to contract law and procedural matters in arbitration.
