Arild is a partner with focus on dispute resolution and corporate compliance and governance. His principal areas of work are dispute resolution, e.g., contract law and professional liability cases, advisory on various regulatory issues, compliance and corporate governance, e.g., Anti-Corruption and Bribery, Responsible Business Conduct, crisis management and assistance in investigations and trials with allegations of financial or environmental crime.
Arild has been a lawyer since 1998 and joined Schjødt in 2020. He has had the right to appear before the Supreme Court of Norway since 2005. In the period from 2014 to 2022, he served as a regular defense attorney with the Supreme Court of Norway. He is recognized by Who's Who legal in the categories Business Crime Defense, Corporates and Individuals.
