Audun is a partner in Schjødt's Transactions department and heads the firm's Capital Markets practice group. He joined Schjødt in 2005, and specialises in capital markets transactions, securities law and M&A, with a particular focus on public and international transactions.


Audun has participated as a legal advisor in a number of the larger capital market transactions in the Norwegian market in recent years, advising both on the issuer and the investment bank side. He also has substantial experience from larger M&A transactions and general corporate law and securities law advice.
