Christofer Hemsedahl

Christofer Hemsedahl is Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency Group. His principal areas of work are restructuring & insolvency, general corporate law and contract law. He regularly advises clients in these legal areas and is frequently appointed as liquidator, bankruptcy trustee and has experience as being corporate restructuring administrator. His experience includes industry sectors such as aviation, personal care, retail, wind-power, tech and real estate. Other experience covers to be co-head of the Finance Department (which includes the Banking & Finance Group and Restructuring & Insolvency Group). Christofer is recommended by Legal500 (2022) within Insolvency. He graduated from Stockholms University in 2014 and holds two degrees, Master of Law (LLM) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in business administration. He joined Schjødt in 2015.
